Celluloid Memoirs

Coughing up memories of yesterday

Elderberry wine perfume

Telephone wire rip cords
Withered voices now silent Alone within hallowed walls

Windowpane dusty eyes
A vouyer weeps, sleep walking
Among forgotten giants

Gold glitter star once shown

Bright in the night New Moon smile

Champagne flowed freely
Like blood in the streetsOf Rome
